Ozm Costume Design 

     This was the third time I drew Ozm. I am not fond of this picture mostly because of the bad proportions. This is were Ozm first became a Nazi; not official but that  was the idea behind this new costume.

     The staff looks stupid in this picture so I redesigned it later.
